Art Therapy

Art therapy sessions are facilitated by an art therapist and aim to foster a safe space for self- expression, processing, and personal development. Within these sessions, a variety of artistic modalities may be explored, including (but not limited to) drawing, painting, sculpture, weaving, image processing and collage.


Music Therapy

Music therapy sessions are tailored to your individual needs and goals, where the music therapist guides you through evidence-based techniques designed to promote emotional expression, processing and personal growth. WIthin sessions the following modalities may be involved: instruments, voice, song, composition.

KiKi is a seasoned speech and language pathologist working with children, adolescents and adults. She is certified in Pastoral Care, Non-Violent Crisis Intervention, ASSIST suicide prevention. KiKi is a registered psychotherapist(qualifying), and is a DTATI candidate with expected graduation this summer. KiKi has additional training in counseling, motivational interviewing, DBT/CBT, addictions, grief work, Indigenous studies, and spirituality. KiKi uses her previous experience as an SLP to assist with communication of thoughts, feelings and emotions.

Sarah is a practicum student finishing up her training as a Art Therapist/ Psychotherapist. She is a compassionate paractinioner who explores how creativity can help us heal, grow and connect. She is currently working on her major research project about intergenerational trauma using arts-based research. She is a former midwife who served families in Ottawa for 17 years providing pregnancy, birth and postpartum care. Sarah offers an empathetic, calm and non-judgmental space.
